About the Artist
Personal Profile
Ryan Strand is a jewelry designer who studied at Savannah College of Art and Design. As a designer his work centers around creating unique pieces that reflect his experiences and reactions to the world around him. His work brings historical references into a slightly more contemporary realm to create pieces that feel classic but still have modern relevance. He takes inspiration from darker more grim themes, that at times are more uncomfortable in order show the beauty in topics that might not always seem beautiful.

2018-2023
Savannah College of Art and Design
Attained my B.F.A in Jewelry at SCAD and partook in my Senior Exhibition, Graduation Exhibition, and Couture Jewelry Exhibition. I also received my Rhino 6 certification and lead a demonstration on making scroll work in Rhino.
